What Does a Private Yoga Party at Sacred Rebel Include ?

1.5 hours of private studio time, A 1 hour Class of your choice (Aerial, Glow in The Dark,, HOT, or Non Heated Yoga) + Optional before or after photos.

A private yoga party is a great alternative to the typical bounce house birthday party, pizza party, night out at the bar, or movie date. Great for ladies night out, kids or adult birthday parties, bachelorette parties, send offs, or any occasion when a time doing something new and unexpected is desired. Let us do all the prepping, just show up in your cozy yoga clothes and we will handle the rest !

Private parties begin with unique and special Intention-Setting segment led by the class instructor. Guests are encouraged to write their intentions for the party honoree on a post card that can be optionally mailed to your guest of honor as a reminder of this special occasion. Everyone loves to get snail mail from loved ones !
Throughout your class, we will take photos of your group, and at your choosing. we will take posed photos after the class. All photos will be shared and can be posted to social media, or kept private.
Guests are welcome to bring along beverages of their choice, celebratory cakes or other snacks.

Private Party Pricing

$225 includes the host and 6 guest. Each additional guest $20 each.

Participants:

Glow and Flow, HOT, and Non Heated Yoga Parties can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Aerial Yoga Parties can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Studio provides body paints, black lights, towels, oils and mats. Just bring yourself, and a refillable water bottle !

Team Building Events

Mindfulness and connection classes through glow in the dark, hot, aerial or non heated yoga classes are a great way to team build.

Our aerial yoga class has room for 12 participants and GLOW Yoga, HOT Yoga or non heated Yoga will accommodate up to 20 people.

We have several teachers and class styles available, all accredited through Yoga Alliance and insured.

What is Glow and Flow

Glow and Flow Private Yoga Parties

When you book a private Glow and Flow Yoga Party at Sacred Rebel you will enjoy a 2 hour event unlike any you've experienced before ! We transform the studio into a one of a kind extra sensory experience with black lights, glow sticks, glow paint and an upbeat flow-style yoga class set to funky fun music* (playlist can be customized to fit your music preference) Your inner light will radiate and we encourage you to wear neon or white clothing to add an extra visual effect. You will have 15 -20 minutes prior to the start of your hour long class to get in full gear with glow stick bracelets and complimentary glow paint !
